Chef-owner Tim Partridge is trading up. Having forsaken his itty bitty digs in Jamaica Plain, the one-time protégé of East Coast Grill’s Chris Schlesinger, is just about all set to re-open Perdix in the Tremont St. spot formerly occupied by Truc. The Perdix menu will feature Partridge’s creative American cuisine for dinner six nights a week and for lunch on weekends. With the enclosed and refurbished rear garden and a trio of bar seats, competition for the 50 plus seats may be a little less severe but we’ll keep you posted. Check back for opening dates towards the end of summer.
