A mere block away from the hustle and bustle of Newbury Street, in the heart of the Back Bay, Azure at the Lenox Hotel is like a little inner city oasis in the heart of Copley Square. From the semi-open kitchen, chef Robert Fathman, formerly of the Federalist and Trio, looks out over a dining room sheathed in more shades of blue than you even knew existed.
