Monday, August 18th – Ward’s Farm – LIVE Coriander students will have a horticultural Q & A with local celebrity purveyor of the area’s finest produce, Jim Ward while simultaneously creating unique dishes prepared with seasonal harvest of heirloom tomatoes, tiny vegetables and special varieties of corn. The Ward family’s 135-acre farm not only supplies the finest restaurants & specialty food distributors in the area, but also features a nursery, retail store, and an incredible line of prepared foods.
