After only a month, Elements restaurant seems to be getting comfortable in its former Tea Tray in the Sky spot. Chef Bill Flumerfelt looks forward to building repeat business with easy-to-love recipes based on the most anticipated ingredients of the season. He credits his stint as a cook at an organic family farm for his versatility with farm-fresh produce. Taking advantage of the season’s bounty, he minimally enhances what nature presents, creating enticing dishes from summertime favorites like watermelon, striped bass and tomatoes which he transforms into watermelon granite, striped bass with baby fennel jam, cherry tomatoes and clams and heirloom gazpacho with mini lobster and avocado salad respectively.
