Chef Mark Usewicz welcomes Paul Oberhauser to The Independent as the new sous chef. Before coming to The Independent Paul served as Executive Chef of The Ocean Classroom Program and was a fixture in the Minneapolis restaurant scene. Chef Joe Tinnirello has his hands full. This spring he became executive chef of both Terramia, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in August, and Antico Forno. Tinnirello will eventually be splitting his time at both restaurants. He has selected Salvatore Gagilo, formerly of Cafe Italia, as his Chef de Cuisine at Antico Forno.
