The Simple Elegance of Mistral

Mistral takes its name from the well-known wind that sweeps through the south of France. Its design employs stucco, iron, aged wood and stone to evoke the ambiance of Provence in a dining room that is dramatically accented by high ceilings and tall, arched windows. Local legend of interior decorating Celeste Cooper was hired to create a setting that is both elegant and informal. But it’s the food here that gets the most attention. Chef/owner Jamie Mammano‘s French Mediterranean-influenced menu continues to turn heads in the local and national press. And we have new pictures from the chef’s summer menu. Enjoy!
