Six From Sandrine’s

With the closing of Up Stairs at the Pudding after its legendary 20-year run, Sandrine’s lost a neighbor, a friend, and a formidable competitor. Co-owners Gwen Trost and master chef Raymond Ost are spending the summer shoring things up in expectation of the return of the students, the faculty, and the demand for fine dining associated with University life. A timely visit to Sandrine’s supplied us with six new photos from Ost’s summer menu and a chance to check in with one of the hardest working teams in Harvard Square. Here’s to a (very) busy Fall!
