Paul O’Connell Adds to Chez Henri’s Ever-Expanding Portfolio

As one of the original fusion restaurants in the Boston area, Chez Henri has consistently garnered praise for entwining French country cooking with lighter Latin American fare. The intermingling of two cultures is demonstrated both on the menu and in the dining room, where brightly colored paintings stand out against the mustard colored walls. The bar presents a more casual option as well as its own menu (featuring the now notorious Cuban Pork Sandwich). This spring chef Paul O’Connell adds four new dishes to his ever-expanding portfolio.
