Of the first 17 restaurants we featured when we launched two years ago, Truc was the first restaurant that we shot. Yet this is the first time we are featuring chef/owner Corinna Mozo and her work. Corinna’s background is French with a Cuban twist, perfect for Truc’s bistro fare.
