Salute the Lone Star State at Magnolias this May

During the month of May, Magnolias pays tribute to the Lone Star State with tasty trilogies of Texas cuisine. Every Tuesday through Saturday, from April 29th through May 31st, chef John Silberman will be offering a special festival menu along with the regular menu highlighting southern specialties like salad of shredded beef dressed with orange-jalapeno vinaigrette; crispy fried avocado, stuffed with cheddar cheese and served with chipotle salsa; tipsy tequila shrimp surrounded with avocado salsa; blackened t-bone steak, side-saddled with homemade Worcestershire and ancho béarnaise sauce piled high with crisp onion rings.
