Celebrate Spring at Hamersley’s

Reward yourself for having sent off your taxes (or having gotten an extension) and celebrate the end of this exceptionally long-seeming winter with Hamerley’s spring menu. On April 15th, chef Gordon Hamersley exchanges the comfort foods of winter in favor of fresh spring flavors. Join them for spring vegetable salad with creamy parmesan dressing; pan roasted rainbow trout with baby asparagus, pancetta and aïoli or veal cutlet stuffed with proscuitto and fontina with creamed spinach and sherry.
