On April 15th, chef Gordon Hamersley exchanges the comfort foods of winter in favor of fresh spring flavors. Join them for spring vegetable salad with creamy parmesan dressing; pan roasted rainbow trout with baby asparagus, pancetta and aïoli or veal cutlet stuffed with proscuitto and fontina with creamed spinach and sherry.
