Cooking Classes at Williams Sonoma

For something a little more in depth, Williams-Sonoma also offers a monthly Sunday morning cooking class series that affords the opportunity to learn the latest techniques for some of your favorite chefs most innovative recipes. Classes take place at the Williams Sonoma store in Copley Place on Sunday mornings from 10:30am-12:00pm. Each class costs $30 per person. Truc‘s Phillip Wang will let guests in on a few secrets from his spring menu in his March 16th class. On the menu: Jerusalem artichoke soup with cashew cream, roasted rack of pork with braised cabbage and roast potatoes; apple cobbler crostada with caramel sauce.

Join Bradley Brown pastry chef at Sonsie for a lesson in Springtime cake Baking and Decorating. On April 13th he’ll be walking guests through decorated chocolate chiffon egg pan cake; white chocolate sponge cake with lemon and blueberry filling and citrus butter cream and white cupcakes topped with butter cream flowers.

On May 4th Tara Blakely and Martin Laure of MAX Ultimate Food will lead a demonstration and discussion about summer entertaining with Mediterranean flair. Learn recipes for tapas to serve at your own summer party.
