Mardi Gras All Month at Magnolia’s

Magnolia’s extends their Mardi Gras celebration into a month long New Orleans Festival. Chef John Silberman gets back to his New Orleans culinary roots with a special festival menu that will be offered in addition to the regular menu Tuesday through Saturdays from March 4-29th. Menu items like shrimp remoulade served over crispy fried green tomatoes and oven roasted pork tenderloin served over apple andouille dressing and topped with ginger snap gravy will make you think you’re on Bourbon Street.
