The Bonde Fine Wine Shop in Harvard Square has a slew of new wine tastings lined up from now through the end of the year as part of their ongoing series Chef’s Table: Pairing American Wines with International Cuisine to get you settled into sweater weather season. Each Wednesday night from 7:00 to 9:00pm the shop welcomes eight attendees to taste some American wines after hours with award-winning sommelier and owner Bertil Jean-Chronberg, including some food pairings with a rotating roster of appearances with some of your favorite Cambridge chefs.
October kicks off the culinary series starts on the 12th with pairings for wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas with chef Brian Kevorkian of Harvard Square’s Source Restaurant pairing American wines with wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas, followed by a night of new American dishes with chef Conor Dennehy of Cambridge’s Talulla pairing wines with New American fare on the 19th. In November you can catch an appearance with chef Eric Cooper from Forage for pairings of natural wine and fermented foods on the 9th.

All of the wines from each tasting will be available for sale after the presentation if you want to take something special home.
