Hit the high notes with a new wave cocktail or two while you’re there like the Modern English (rye, Averna, Ancho Reyes, orange bitters, árbol chile), or fall into a funky groove with a Santeria (tequila, green chartreuse, habanero tincture, mint agave). Chef Tom Borgia and the crew will have plenty of late night eats to keep you fueled up for some hot stepping on the dance floor, too.
