Don’t think twice about grabbing a spot at The Smoke Shop’s next whiskey dinner featuring Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door Distillery. Chef Andy Husbands’ Harvard Square outpost is the spot to be on Friday, January 12th to check out a sneak peek of sips from the Henry County, Kentucky distillery that was co-created by The Traveling Troubadour, and which opens this spring. Their national ambassador Austin Millspaugh is making a stop in Boston to show off three tastes of bourbon that are already generating a lot of buzz including the ‘Shop’s very own private barrel, Ascension, and a very special 10-year aged bottle. There’ll be piles of BBQ to munch on as you sip and swirl, plus there’ll be a tasty, boozy special surprise at the end of dinner.

The night kicks off at 6:30pm with a complementary Paper Plane made with Heaven’s Door bourbon, so grab a ticket here ($70 per person) and get yourself to Cambridge in time for toasting.
