Go All-In on Veggies at Chickadee

If you love cookbooks and early spring vegetables, the peeps at Chickadee have just the thing for you. On Thursday, April 25th chef John DaSilva is pulling another title out from his tasteful collection of tomes for the restaurant’s monthly Cookbook Club Dinner. This time around you’ll get to try tastes from On Vegetables, the best selling book from chef Jeremy Fox. Fox is best known for his work at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Ubuntu, in California’s Napa Valley and the Los Angeles restaurant, Rustic Canyon Wine Bar and Seasonal Kitchen.

Check out the menu below and scoop up a spot here for either a 5:30 or 8:00pm seating; dinner costs $85 per person for the food and you can add an optional wine, cocktail, or non-alcoholic drinks pairing for an extra $25 to $35. You can also pick up a copy of the book if you’d like for $25 if you’d like to do some homework after your night out in The Seaport.
