Industry peeps looking to gather strength for the upcoming Thanksgiving shifts can kick off the holiday week with a little fun at Liberty Tavern’s Friendsgiving Industry Brunch on Monday, November 21st.

Bartenders, servers, line cooks and dishwashers can put aside any front-of-the-house vs. back-of-the-house beefs and break some bread (and French toast) at the upscale American tavern in Quincy from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The Liberty peeps will have the mimosas and bloodies flowing while you fuel up with a Breakfast Mac sandwich (two sausage patties, fried egg, cheddar, garlic aioli, hash browns, brioche bun; served with french fries); or a Truffalo Chicken Benny (ancho-breaded chicken, poached egg, truffalo hollandaise, chives, english; served with hash browns). There will be tons of food and drinks specials, a totally 90s throwback playlist cranking, plus everyone will be automatically entered to win a $100 Liberty Tavern gift card just for showing up.
