Get ready to ring in the Lunar New Year at Red 8 inside the Encore Boston Harbor. Newly-appointed, Michelin-rated Executive Chef Richard Chen, who’s just joined the team in Everett fresh from a stint at Wing Lei inside Wynn Las Vegas, has mapped out two decadent feasts-for-four for dine-in patrons. Available from Thursday, February 11th through Sunday, February 21st the two menus include celebratory dishes like fish maw soup, crispy chicken, steamed whole fish and red bean jelly cakes. Scope out the offerings below – one is $188 for four (add $48 per additional guest) and one if for $288 for four (add $72 per additional guest) – and book a table to celebrate the year of the ox in style.
