If you’ve ever flipped through your cookbooks wishing they’d come to life, then you and Chickadee chef-owner John DaSilva have a lot in common. Let him and his talented team make your cookbook dreams come true on Thursday, March 28th at the next meeting of their monthly Cookbook Club, which will feature American Sfoglino | A Master Class in Handmade Pasta by Evan Funke & Katie Parla. Check out the menu below and sign up for a spot at either the 5:30 or 8:00pm seatings to get a taste of old-world, handmade pastas made just like they do at Funke’s Venice, California restaurant, Felix Trattoria.

You’ll get to chat with a few like-minded diners at a family-style table setup, and the chef will come out for each course to discuss ingredients and techniques. If you’d like, you can add an optional beverage pairing of wine and cocktails, or choose a non-alcoholic flight. Dinner costs $85 per person and drinks are an extra $25 to $35.
