Big Burgundy Pre-V-Day Dinner

Scott Warman

Make your Valentine’s weekend extra special by joining the team at Catalyst for their Burgundy Pre-Valentine’s Day Wine Dinner on Saturday, February 12th. Chef-owner William Kovel and Co. have created a gloriously indulgent six-course dinner that includes luxe ingredients like roasted bay scallops, warm lobster, Rohan duck, lamb and more. And, of course, they’ve gone to the trouble of picking wines to accompany and complement each course so you’ll look like an expert (or, at least, very clever). Tickets are $165 each (before tax and gratuity) and, if you want to make a night of it, you can book an overnight stay at the Hotel Commonwealth just across the river at a discounted rate (14% off and free parking and $10 off your dinner ticket). Have a look at the full menu below and reserve your spot by emailing Director of Events Robyn Yee or calling 617.576.3000.
