80 Thoreau Turns 13

80 Thoreau

80 Thoreau, the beloved, rustic-chic neighborhood spot in Concord, is celebrating thirteen lucky years with a big old birthday dinner on Monday, April 22nd. Head for the ‘burbs to toast to their success (and the next decade+) over a five-course menu from Chef Scott Ryan. As you’d expect, the evening’s spread features all sorts of seasonal, farm-fresh goodies in dishes like Asparagus Salad with pickled mushrooms, herbed chevre and cured egg yolk, and Navarin Printaniere with lamb, turnips, peas and pickled ramps. Save room for dessert ‘cause there’s cake – a confetti sponge with Italian meringue buttercream, coconut and almond. Dinner costs $115 per person and there’s only one seating so plan on getting there at 6:00pm for a drink and hors d’oeuvres before the main event (or stick around after for an extra toast). Reserve your spot online here and feel free to give them a call at 978.318.0008 with any Qs.
