Conservation is the name of the game at Woods Hill Table, where owner Kristin Canty takes care to use only the freshest produce and meat from her Farm at Woods Hill.  Nothing goes to waste here—every part of every animal is used, leftovers are composted, and glass and paper are recycled.

The charming, low-slung building is decked out with exposed wood beams, gleaming tables and finely upholstered seats.  (During the colder months, you might luck out with a spot by the fireplace.)  It’s a country sort of elegance here in Concord, and the restaurant’s commitment to locally-sourced ingredients mean the menu’s always changing, so each visit is a brand new experience.
