Located in Boston’s dynamic South End neighborhood, Bar Mezzana is the combined efforts of hospitality pros (and now business partners) Colin and Heather Lynch, and Jefferson Macklin. With nearly fifty years of experience among them, the trio brings their finely tuned sensibilities to bear, offering guests a warm and inviting space with truly amazing service and hospitality, good energy, and great food, cocktails, and wines.

The coastal Italian concept features the deceptively simple regional fare that Lynch loves to cook. Dishes may include only a handful of ingredients but actually require great skill to execute; perfect ingredients and technique must come together in just the right proportions at the right time for plates that are greater than the sum of their parts.

Designed by South End resident and architect Aaron Weinert of Studio DRAW, Bar Mezzana anchors the Ink Block South End development in its first luxury condominium building, Sepia.  The dining room, with its blue hues and semi open kitchen, reflects both the industrial history of the location and a commitment to inspired modern design.

Whether they live upstairs, down the street, or a plane ride away, diners can make themselves comfortable inside or out (weather permitting, of course).
