A few miles west of Boston, Flank offers a never-before-seen-in-New-England type of dining experience – the Beefsteak. Built on the old Polaroid campus in Waltham, the world-class steakhouse is a refined, modern interpretation of a classic American banquet honoring all things beef with a nod (and maybe a bit of a wink) to the past.
At Flank, guests dine in post-Prohibition steakhouse style juxtaposed with modern art, and Gatsby glam. It’s a place where business folk can loosen up a bit, roll up their sleeves, and dig into distinctive cuts of the finest meats and seafood with a rowdy bunch of colleagues. Or rendezvousing twosomes can share a couple of whispers over cocktails, comfortably tucked away in a cozy corner.
For the more adventurous, there’s the Beefsteak option. Inspired by the bawdy, beer-fueled meals of yesteryear, Flank offers its own contemporary take on the century-old tradition where beef lovers would gather by the dozens to feast on piles of beef and fresh bread. Flank’s modern day version features humanely raised, hormone-free and antibiotic-free beef from Brandt Farm.
