Playfully refined, the cocktail program draws inspiration from both the pre-prohibition era and the contemporary age. The menu features drinks dedicated to the of-the-moment market flavors and as well as unique takes on Contemporary, Modern, and Classic cocktails. Featured cocktails include the Caccio e Pepe, a wholly unique take on the martini featuring Ketel One vodka, gouda-infused Dolin Dry vermouth and black pepper pasta water syrup and the Sherry Cobbler, a libation of lustau sherry, lemon, thyme, and cranberry.
