Chef Carey Dobies does you right with a good old fashioned whoopie pie—whip up these fast and fun cookie ‘n’ cream sandwiches the next time you need a sweet treat. And don’t be afraid to feature them at a dinner party or maybe a Halloween party if you want to get creative (food coloring and googly eyes not included)—what they lack in sophistication they make up for in nostalgia (and whimsy, if you go the googly-eyed route).
