On Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of December, chef Brendan Pelley and his pastry department will be welcoming guests for an hour-and-a-half-long tutorial. They’ll provide all the necessary supplies and appropriate supervision. You bring patience and a steady hand and $52 per parent child pair (though an additional child working on the same house can be accommodated for $20).
