If you’ve been looking for a new spot for a midday meal, look no further – The Vermilion Club from chef John Fraser is officially offering weekday lunch and weekend brunch, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy no matter what you’re looking for. Monday through Friday from 11:30am-2:30pm you can book a res for lunch and dig into dishes like the King Crab Cobb Salad and Vegetarian Banh Mi, or opt for something a little heartier and try their Prime Rib French Dip or Turkey Burger. The weekend brunch menu won’t disappoint either with options like Chicken Fried Steak with breaded veal cutlet, and sausage gravy or the Boston Cream Pie Pancakes.
