Forage fans have something to look forward to: the talented twosome that runs the popular eatery just outside Harvard Square has another project in the works in Dedham. Chef Eric Cooper and owner/sommelier Stan Hilbert expect to have their new spot, Few & Far, up and running by May at 566 High Street (in the space that once housed Isabella) right in historic Dedham Square.

Much like its older Cambridge-based sibling, Few & Far will feature a menu of locally-sourced seasonal fare complemented by natural wines, local beers and craft cocktails. The vibe will also channel some of Forage’s energy with a holistic approach to hospitality. The modern, clean-lined dining room, which seats 75, will be warm and welcoming – the perfect place to connect with friends and family over food and drink.

Cooper will be overseeing the kitchens at both locations while Hilbert, who lives in Dedham, will be splitting his time between the two restaurants and his recently-opened wine store, Satellite Bottle Shop, which is also in Dedham.
