It’s all happening in Dedham at Satellite Bottle Shop, the new brick-and-mortar home for all of Forage wine guru Stan Hilbert’s wine finds. If you haven’t had a chance to stop in and check out the racks since the store opened in August, you’ll have plenty of reasons to pop by and hobnob at 570 High Street with like-minded esoteric wine lovers all this month with a series of events and tastings.

Mark your calendar for Friday, September 8th for their official Grand Opening Party, which will have a bevy of small-batch, organic, biodynamic and natural bubbles, and give the shop a proper welcome to Dedham Square. Then set aside your Thursdays for more tasting, including a Chillable Reds roundup on Thursday, September 14th; California Natural Wines on Thursday, September 21st; and try some wines from Georgia (the country) on Thursday, September 28th.

If you’re not free for tastings on site, you can of course bring the fun home by joining their wine club which gathers 4 or 6 curated bottles each month for you to try.
