No matter what your 4th of July plans are, bring some red, white, blue and Flour to your festivities. Pastry chef and proprietress Joanne Chang and the team at Flour Bakery + Cafe have a whole feast planned so you can spend the holiday relaxing and enjoying all the patriotic goodies. The menu includes all sorts of items like lobster salad with mayo, celery, lemon, tarragon and chives, Italian pasta salad with fregola sarda, salami, capicola, mortadella, provolone and sun-dried tomato aioli and red, white + blue pie with raspberry curd baked into a sucre shell topped with rosettes of whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
You can order online here, just choose your Flour location of choice and order for pick-up. All locations except Seaport IDB will be open 8:00am-4:00pm the day-of if you need some last minute treats or if you’re just looking for a good ‘ol breakfast sandwich.
