Throughout the month of June, the Fairmont Copley Plaza and their in-house team at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen are toasting to Pride and raising funds for BAGLY: the Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Youth.
Make your way over to the Back Bay to try either of two limited-run menu items – the Taste the Rainbow dessert ($17), a combination of rainbow ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, salted caramel, cookie dough, chocolate chunks and glitter, or the Marsha P. Johnson cocktail ($20) made with Absolut Citron vodka, passionfruit, lemon and falernum – and a portion of the proceeds will go to BAGLY. Absolut has committed to matching donations for the aforementioned beverage so go on and order another one; it’s for a good cause!
Or, if you want to give your stay(cation) a philanthropic twist, you can book their special Love Limitless room package from June through September and the hotel will donate $10 to BAGLY for each night booked. Guests who choose this package will also enjoy 10% off the best available rate and receive a warm welcome amenity of Rainbow Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
For more information on the fundraising initiatives and to book the Love Limitless room package, visit Fairmont Copley Plaza website and join in the celebration of Boston Pride. You can support for BAGLY while indulging in delicious treats and experiencing the warm hospitality of Fairmont Copley Plaza and OAK Long Bar + Kitchen.
