If you’re not familiar with this glorious confection, it’s a traditional Mexican dessert (the name translates to “three milks” in English) made with sponge cake soaked in a mixture of three different types of milk – evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. You can order online through their website for pick up on either Thursday, May 4th or Friday, May 5th from 12:00-5:00pm. Each cake serves 15-20 people and costs $45 so it’s the perfect finale to your Cinco fiesta.
