Acclaimed chef/owner Barbara Lynch and company have put together an exquisite five-course White Truffle Tasting Menu to show off the famed fungus from the Alba comune in the Piedmont region of Italy. Each course is perfectly paired with an optional pour from Piedmont (plus one Swiss stand-in), like Raviolo al’Ouvo with taleggio and black trumpet mushrooms paired with 2019 Lorenzo Negro Roero Arneis Sant’Anna, Piedmont; and Dry Aged Muscovy Duck with wild pink crabapple, fennel caper and potato dauphine, paired with 2018 Poderi Luigi Einaudi Barolo “Ludo,” Piedmont (peep the full menu below).
The truffle menu is $370 per person and you can add the optional wine pairings for $150.
