Chef Sarah Wade is showing off her sandwich skills by way of a weekly-changing specialty dish on the menu at Stillwater. Take a stroll down the Greenway to her award-winning spot (where Chinatown and Downtown Crossing meet) for lunch or dinner Monday through Sunday to partake of the week’s highlighted sando – it might be deliciousness like a Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich with ketchup glaze and a side of jalapeno mac, or maybe a Mushroom Po’Boy with homemade bread & butter pickles and Cajun remoulade, or possibly a Chicken Shawarma Pita with tahini yogurt and sumac-marinated veggies. The Sandwich of the Week is available for dine-in and take-out in addition to the regular a la carte menu usually for around $16 (the price may vary based on ingredients).
