For $89 per person (and $45 per child) you’ll get your taste of the brunch buffet, plus one entree and a choice of a hot beverage or glass of rose. Entrees include both breakfast and brunch-style items like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, One Dalton Quiche, and a Salad Nicoise. For a New England twist, go for the Maine Lobster Omelet with Free-Range Eggs, Fresh Maine Lobster Meat, Chives, Gruyère, Sautéed Asparagus, and Confit Cherry tomatoes. Sip on vins de Provence or one of their refreshing summer cocktails like the Riviera Cooler made with Ketel One Cucumber-Mint Vodka, Lime, Simple Syrup and Yuzu-Lime Tonic.
