Unlock the Langham with The Fed’s Secret Menu

In celebration of The Langham Hotels and Resorts’ 157th birthday, The Fed is hosting an ongoing “Unlock the Langham” event throughout the summer. The British-inspired cocktail bar within the hotel is excited to offer guests access to a decadent Caviar Cannoli and historic cocktail, both of which can be unlocked with a secret code available via The Langham’s Instagram. It’s a culinary journey through secret menus featuring items that represent various The Langham destinations across the world. Find the secret phrase on the hotel’s instagram each day to get access to this exclusive menu. 

One secret menu item is a decadent Caviar Cannoli hand-crafted by Executive Chef Stephen Bukoff. The delicacy comprises caviar, crème fraiche, eggs, herbs and shallots. Additionally, the cocktail bar is toasting to the hotels’ anniversary with the Third Ward, inspired by Boston’s original pre-prohibition classic cocktail, the Ward 8. Created by Paige McGroarty, award-winning mixologist and Food and Beverage Manager at The Fed, the Third Ward features housemade strawberry syrup, lemon, pineapple, Amontillado Sherry, Over Proof Rye Whiskey and Club Soda, shaken and served over crushed ice with fresh fruit garnishes.

Additional cocktails on the secret menu include The Langham, Sydney’s Bondi Sunset, which honors one of the city’s most famous landmarks; The Langham, Chicago’s Rohe on the River, which pays tribute to the iconic architect of the building, and additional beverages representing The Langham Melbourne, Gold Coast, London, Pasadena, New York, Jakarta and Hong Kong.

The secret cocktail menu is available throughout the month of June and the Third Ward and Caviar Cannoli are available exclusively at The Fed all summer. Reservations are encouraged and can be made on OpenTable.
