Myers + Chang has put together an excellent 4th of July Picnic Package that’ll wow your family and friends and cut your time standing in front of a hot grill. The spread includes Tea-Smoked Spare Ribs, Grilled Corn with Sriracha Butter, Tiger’s Tears Salad, Sichuan Potato Salad and Fourth of July Sable Cookies from Flour Bakery + Cafe packed and ready to go for $140 per order (not including tax and 3% kitchen appreciation fee). Order by phone (only) anytime between now and 10:00pm Friday, July 1st and you can schedule your pickup in the South End on Sunday between 11:30 and 5:00pm.
The kit is designed for four-six people but everything in the picnic is also available a la carte, so if you want to add extra cookies or more spare ribs it’s easy. Plus you can add anything to your order from the regular menus available at the time of your pickup (brunch runs from 11:30 to 2:30pm, dinner from 4:00pm on), so don’t be shy about adding on some Smashed Fingerling Home Fries with Shishito Relish.
