Grafton Street Adds Brunch

Grafton Street Pub & Grill

If you haven’t had a chance to make it to the newly-reopened Grafton Street Pub and Grill in their new digs at 59 JFK Street in Harvard Square, you have the best excuse to pop in to the hallowed hangout this weekend as they add brunch service on Saturdays and Sundays. Chef Tom Borgia and his team have a fresh menu loaded with lots of big and small plates so you can order all the things to share for a group family-style, or grab a barstool and mix and match for yourself.

There are plenty of classics like eggs Benny, steak and eggs, and of course bacon and sausage, plus lots of Grafton Street specialties like Japanese Soufflé Pancakes (matcha, mixed berries, maple syrup) and Sunny Side Up Tostadas (charred-scallion sour cream, red chili mostarda). Check out the full menu here.

Brunch hours stretch luxuriously from 11:00am to 5:00pm, so there’s no need to set the alarm on a weekend — there’s plenty of time to enjoy an extra course with one or two of their killer Bloody Marys, mimosas or bellinis, or take a spin through the cocktail menu for a little weekend treat like a Giggle Water (apricot vodka, yellow chartreuse, peach-basil oleo, ginger beer).

Reservations for brunch are available via OpenTable or by calling 617.714.5954, and takeout is available via ToastTab. If you’re driving, take advantage of free parking at the Harvard Square Garage starting at 10 am on Sundays.
