Meet Winemaker Madeleine Premmereur

Trifecta

The crisp, floral wines of Provence are pretty much made for New England spring and summer weather – see for yourself at Trifecta‘s upcoming Meet the Winemaker sesh on Wednesday, May 11th. The Four Seasons One Dalton Street Boston’s ground floor restaurant and lounge will be welcoming fourth-generation winemaker Madeleine Premmereur of Château Barbebelle Winery, one of the oldest family vineyards in the region, for a special meet-and-greet.

Reserve a spot to try a tasting flight of four of her wines – Madeleine Rosé 2021, Rosé Fleuri 2021, Madeleine Blanc 2021, and Madeleine Rouge 2017 as you snack on a menu of small plates from chef Daniel Burger. Companion courses include savories like Smoked Scallop with Corn Espuma, Prosciutto-Wrapped Jumbo Asparagus, Veal Croquette with Spring Garlic Pistou and Grilled Lamb Loin with Ratatouille. You’ll get to select one of the four wines for a full-sized pour.

If you’re a rosé fan you won’t want to skip this tasting – Château Barbebelle’s 2019 Rosé Fleuri was named “The Best Rosé in the World” in 2020 by Decanter magazine, and the latest vintage does not disappoint plus, there’ll be musical entertainment from DJ Xoce. Seating for this fun night out, which runs from 6:00-9:00pm, is limited; save your seat ($75 per person) through OpenTable or by calling 857.449.2435.
