On Tuesday, April 5th, the experts at chef Karen Akunowicz‘s new South Boston destination are launching their new monthly wine packages curated by Wine Director Kristie Weiss and General Manager Mo Bentley. The aptly named “Volpe Vino” will include four curated bottles accompanied by tasting notes for each varietal – all for just $68. April – Welcome warmer weather with “Spring Sunny Sippers” celebrating three indigenous Italian whites and one Alpine red. These mineral-driven, citrusy, and herbaceous wines pair nicely with spring produce.
