MIDA Chef-owner Douglass Williams recently launched his newest quick-service spot APIZZA in Hub Hall serving up New Haven and Roman-style pies. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the West End destination, don’t worry, the dough flipping team is making these tasty Italian-inspired delicacies available for catering.
Have your next pizza party sorted with a round, thin-crust (serves 8 slices) topped with red sauce, cheese and pepperoni or go all in with a thick, Roman-style, crispy, square-crust (serves 8 slices) topped with Italian sausage or shaved onions, mushrooms, and ricotta. Pick from one of seven topping options or go wild and create your own dream ‘za. Catering is available for orders of five+ pies, but if you have a smaller party you can order fewer for regular takeout and delivery through their website here.
