The seafood specialists at Row 34 have teamed up with their friends and neighbors at Trillium Brewing Co. to bring you yet another deliciously fun collaboration beer, Saison du Row. Row 34’s Beer Director Suzanne Hays worked closely with the Trillium peeps to create a unique draft that’s a nod to the traditional Belgian Saison made with New England ingredients. The bright sip boasts an ABV of 7%, a touch of haze with aromas of clove, lemonade and white pepper. Stop into any of the Row 34 locations to match it with a warm buttered lobster roll, or pan-roasted scallops with corn, red pepper, couscous and white soy.
And if you have some friends that aren’t beer drinkers, they can sample Row 34’s first canned spritz, created by Global Cocktail Director Van Hongthong (read his recent Back Behind the Bar interview here). Available in Boston and Burlington locations, the Row 34 Spritz is a crisp, bubbly, canned beverage featuring dark berry and citrus flavors with a dry finish – the classic summer taste with a twist.
