Whether you’re back in your office or just poking around Downtown, come Monday, August 23rd you’ll have another dining option – The Merchant Kitchen & Drinks is reopening after a 17-month-long closure. Chef Ignacio Lopez and a lot of his crew from the Before Times are back in the Franklin Street kitchen cooking up a menu of thoughtful takes on comfort food classics like crispy chicken wings, freshly shucked oysters, fish and chips, burgers and more. To start, the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 11:00am-10:00pm for both lunch and dinner.
