Herb Lyceum Farm Dinners Are Back

The Herb Lyceum

After a long wait, The Herb Lyceum’s popular Farm-Fresh Dinners have returned to their pre-pandemic recurring schedule for the month of July. Chef Will Gilson of Puritan & Company joins forces with his dad, Dave Gilson, who owns and operates the farm and renovated carriage house, for a slew of seasonal, chef-driven dinners on select Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

The five-course tasting menus highlight the seasonal goodies in a true farm-to-table fashion. Tickets are $75 each (plus gratuity) and the event is BYOB, so you can bring your favorite libation of your choosing to enjoy with the meal. Take a peek at the dinner dates and the menu for the first dinner Friday, July 16th. Go to their Eventbrite page here for more information and to book your tickets before they sell out.
