The folks at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street are opening the doors to Trifecta, their stunning cocktail lounge, on Friday, May 21st offering beer, wine, full cocktail menu and nibbles ideal for noshing starting at 5:00pm daily.
The lobby bar at the elegant back Bay Hotel will be debuting a whole new beverage program thanks to Director of Outlets and in-house wine guru Julia Casale, whose handiwork includes an extensive wine list and eclectic mix of bevvies inspired by Boston’s art and culture scene. Swing by to try the 152, a twist of a gin gimlet inspired by the Courtyard at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum with light and refreshing notes of elderflower, rose and citrus (named after the original location of Isabella’s house in Back Bay).
You can pair your beverage with dishes from their brand new menu which includes seasonal goodies like the spring vegetable platter with pickled and charred goodies along with whipped feta, hummus and lavash. Or try the Spring Beet Salad topped with pine nuts, dill, turmeric tuile and creamy sesame dressing along with a charcuterie platter. Don’t forget to add some style to your weekends with their delectable afternoon of high tea. This dynamic meeting place is a fun, vibrant spot in which to nibble on tea sandwiches, fresh scones and sweets while you sip bespoke blends of loose leaf teas (or go all in with their spiked tea options). This treat is available every Saturday and Sunday between 11:00am-3:00pm, and only costs $49 per person with a glass of bubbly.
