Crudo for a Cause at Miel

InterContinental Boston Instagram

InterContinental Boston chefs are fighting anti-AAPI sentiment and supporting Asian American and Pacific Islander communities the best way they know how — with food! Through the end of the month, chef Didier Montarou and his team at Miel Brasserie will be donating the proceeds from one of their signature seafood dishes, Kampachi Crudo, to the national non-profit Stop AAPI Hate. You can look out over Fort Point Channel as you savor this exquisite dish — Hawaiian Kampachi is a delicious longfin yellowtail, loved for its clean, buttery flavor — to help them raise awareness and end violence against AAPI communities. Book your table either inside or on their water view terrace, order a couple rounds of this perfect summer dish (and maybe a couple cocktail, too) to do a little good with your dinner.
