Cinco de Mayo Family Dinner


Season to Taste chef-owner Robert Harris is crafting up his spin on some Mexico-inspired specials for his weekly Family Dinner in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Add delish dishes like the adobo braised duck enchiladas topped with mango cilantro jicama, cotija cheese, spicy black beans and arroz verde or adobo braised jackfruit enchiladas for a vegetarian version. Round out your spread with a pint of margarita mix with chili lime sea salt and housemade tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa.
