The Summer Shack is taking their show on the road – literally. Chef-owner Jasper White’s urban clam shack, an ode to the quintessential New England seafood shanty, is rolling out the Summer Shack Food Truck on Wednesday, April 21st. The mobile eatery will be serving up signature foodstuffs – fried clams, lobster rolls, crab cakes, lobster pot stickers, Boston cream pies and more – for their seafood-loving fans all over town. You can catch them on the Rose Kennedy Greenway at Rowes/High St. every Wednesday from 11:00am-2:30pm and, starting in May, at Rings/Milk St. every Thursday from 11:00am-2:30pm. The truck will be making special appearances at breweries and, if you play your cards right (by reaching out Cindy Battersby to book them), at your next special event or party.
